Naming during download

The file can be renamed in connection to downloading. The metadata of additional information fields or some other additional text can be added to the name.

The naming settings will be created through the control panel’s NAMING DURING DOWNLOAD menu.

1. Start by creating a new selection using the icon
2. Give a descriptive name to the selection
3. Select an existing metadata field based on which the file will be named during download.
In this example, the field “Product number” is used.

After a successful addition, the view should look like this:

After this, when the user is downloading the file, there is an option to name it using the product number
