Publish asset

Create a public link to the material.

1. Edit the asset
Share embed video code by selecting “Preview video” from conversion menu.
2. Click ‘Share’ -icon from Publish asset tab.

3. Select conversion and add a description(optional) and generate the link.

The system generates a link to the material, the successfully created link is displayed under “Published links”. You can create multiple links from the same material using different conversions.

You can temporarily disable the public link by unchecking the ‘Active’ checkbox.
info icon gives you information about the share if the description field is written.
Remove published asset by clicking the trash icon.

*This feature requires the user be granted the “Allow content to be published” permission. In addition, the user must have the right to edit the materials.

Embed Video

Share the embed video code by selecting “Preview video” from conversion settings.

Clicking on the Embed icon will open a popup window with the embed code ready:
