Search conditions
If there are several search conditions listed consecutively (name, description, keyword), they are considered to have an AND relationship with each other. If there are character strings in the same text field, they have an AND relationship.
If the same search condition is selected more than once, these rows will have an OR relationship to each other, regardless of whether they are consecutive rows or not.
